EVENTS: CET to Introduce RFID CRM Solution at the IT Solutions Expo

CET will unveil Easy Shop, its CRM solution employing RFID technology. Easy Shop will give retailers realtime visibility into their customers buying behaviours, and encourage deeper customer interaction with the retailer's products and brand. The Easy Shop Kiosk will be on display at the show.
CET has developed Easy Shop in parthership with Campusmart Co. Ltd., a leading CRM systems integrator based in Hong Kong. Together CET and Campusmart have already outfitted numerous Hong Kong schools with comprehensive smart card systems that let students, parents and teachers use paperless and cashless transactions and share information.
